2008 Lexus IS 250 had the bumper replaced from accident... Everyone in this building is on top of it. The insurance gal, the auto body estmate guy as well as the Enterprise rental car repair. Blown away by thier kindness and communication. This was a insurance coverage repair but I'll have them work on my car out of pocket costs, anytime. Very thankful!

My first experience with them went great(Milford location) second terrible. They shipped my car to Lorraine with my permission. But the job was not as well done. The car was left dirty from the polishing compounded I ask them to see to fix some wheel damage I said was from deer hitting my car(what body was being fixed for) they said they couldn't make that call.. Said they would discuss with insurance never did never fixed it. I go somewhere else from now on.
This shop performed excellent repairs on my car and coordinated with my insurance company through out the process. A few weeks after the repairs there were issues with a few thing revolving around State Farm, but Don at Abra did an excellent job of managing the situation and keeping his word on the repairs and claim process.
